What is Ekka?

An Ekka is a girl who is fat, ugly and depressed most of the time.
Ekkas are dangerous because they will start clinging on to your friends and attempt to spend all of her time with your best friend, leaving you with little or no time with your friend.
Ekkas cling to people because they constantly feel lonely, unnattractive, unloved, etc.
Alexis gained 25 pounds over the summer and has turned into an Ekka.
