What is Elameno?

elameno is the word put between the letters 'K' and 'P' during the 'Alphabet Song' sung by children.
This often comes when singing the song at some speed.
No origin of the word is known but it can be assumed that it was used after the song was widely used.
"A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, ELAMENO, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z..."
