Any kind of stereotypically male banter or sparring using the internal e-mail system and using ALLSTAFF to involve everybody, including sneaking into someone's office and using their e-mail account to send out embarrassing e-mails to the entire staff; from the habit of boys in high school locker rooms snapping towels at each others' butts. Also known as "e-snapping".
