What is Elekid?

One of the most a**-kickin' Pokemon of all, a yellow-and-brown Electric type, round with two prongs for "ears", like an electrical plug. Rotates its arms in opposite directions to release its electric charge, much like a dynamo, and packs a mean punch when fully charged. Evolves into Electabuzz.
