What is Eli Day?

A term used to describe a day in which someone becomes so intoxicated that they vomit uncontrollably over anything in sight. They're also so retarded that they proceed to defecate in anything other than a toilet.
"Hey did you hear about Geoff?"
"Yeah man, I heard he had an Eli Day over the weekend."
