Elizabeth City, North Carolina is a small town in northeastern NC. Many of its younger residents hate it, can't wait to get it away. I think if it weren't for one thing, Elizabeth City would be the best town in the world. Although there is not much to do, there are some genuinely good people here. It is located in Pasquotank County.
