1--a small village located in southern westchester county, sort of a colony to greenburgh-which has every other village in it.
2--commnly referd as whiteplains cause no one actually knows whats it is
3--seperated into three parts white,spainsh, and black side.
north elmsford which is territory of greenburgh is known as the "ghetto". South elmsford which is known as the whitey white side has as much black and spanish as the north side. northside hates to have anything to do with anything blacks because they are "trouble makers"
4--Known to have the most racist Police officers even worse than elmsfrord.
how racist are the police officers you ask?
