A syndrome known to those who suffer from hypertention; not uncommon to The King himself.
Coined after the hoarse, ecstatic, screaming, shouting, wailing, reckless vocal performances of Elvis to describe a variable and unpredictable rant.
Often associated with ADD, meds (and/or the lack of)
'He was not making any sense at all.. trying to say too may things at once; kinda like elvisoncrack.'
