collective noun, used to describe a group of wankers, media arseholes, cunts who work in advertising, or similar parasitic fuckwads who are too stupid to work in the City but want to dress like 80s cockends and drink overpriced champagne while braying loudly to their equally ignorant colleagues and trophy girlfriends, all of which treat them like sex tourists i.e they're there to be fleeced.
