What is Embarrassmobile?

When one can't drive, for one reason or another, and so is forced to ride some kind of scooter/ moped to work, but is ashamed and parks round the corner so colleuges can't see.
phil: Dude, im so ashamed, I totally rode an embarrassmobile to work today.
