Embicle Edit Meaning

A moronic dolt on a news forum that uses the least used words in the dictionary and lenghty diatribe to make a point that a short sentence and two syllable words could have sufficed.

Many moons ago I was in the miltary as an officer in charge of thousands of things and many things to do and many places to travel. I received hundreds of awards and so many commodations that I cannot count them all but for the subject at hand I really have no input, just a chance to write nonsense, as to what the commander and chief's job is. I must be an embicle.
