a town that is unable to coincide with normal life, or, for that matter, a list of materials, such as; Drinking water, respectable policemen, respectable citizens, or anyhting worth doing.
instead this town has, shit in their water, worthless corrupted cops who dont fly straight (otherwise known as "Hazas"-Scarface), a bunch of fucking retards inhabiting the streets, and a titty bar full of things not of this world.
in other words to live here is equivalent to living in Eastern Congo.
