It is really what you call someone when they only have one pube but is more comonly used as an insult
Dude I hate that guy, he is such an emo pube.

Someone that listens to crappy music and sits in their room all night alone drinking foreign liquer's and burning lots of candles. They act like they have every problem in the world so they can get attention. Also they wear tight ladies pants.
Look at that guy with his tight pants! What a pube.
