What is Emo Sleep?

When an emo kid, especially one about to become an hero, enters a trance-like state, and begins to build the rage. After the sleep-like state subsides, the emo will begin to raucusly attack those around it in a blind rage. Examples can be found on youtube under "Zack Freaks Out"
