when one person riles another person up by acting angry, to the point that the other person gets defensive and angry in response. then the first person plays innocent and defenseless so that the other person comes off as being an ass or jerk.
My girlfriend just accused me of cheating on her, then emotional cockteased me by telling me she loves me.
