Originated from a sleazylooking MSNemoticon, which had eyebrows that animated up an down as a gesture of "I'm horny", "Sexy", "Ooooh baby", etc.

It was commonly used in MSN group conversations, that was 'attended' by a group of ' The Veronicas' fans- TVMB.

The name came from it's most common user, who's name is Emily.
