What is Enchavulate?

The act of making a thing or person like a chav, sometimes referred to as 'Chavving it up'. To enchavulate something it to make vulgar or inappropriate enhancements to its appearance using materials that are considered bad taste or too clichéd.
A persons appearance or behaviour may also enchavulate them if it deploys similar bad taste or clichés.
Adding flashing neon lights to the back of that rusty old car has enchavulated it.
That Chelsea football shirt enchavulated me so much I was compelled to perform acts of racially motivated violence.
Why would you enchavulate a perfectly good jacket by putting your name on the back in metal studs?
