A female being too overzealous trying to hook up wiyh a guy. Trying too hard to let a guy know you want to have sex with him. Being over flattering toward a guy no matter what the subject or interests he has to win favor with him. A chick riding hard on a guys jock trying to give him the panties.
During the meet and greet with the musical group she was being a little bit too enflousyastic toward the band member.
