What is Enialee?

An insane, usually Canadian, woman who repeatedly joins and leaves various social clubs repeatedly. Usually takes medication and has a very nasty mean streak and constantly argues against common sense. Stubborn and yet uneducated and incapable of admitting they are wrong or apologising.
My best friend is totally an enialee.
