What is E-nnuendo?

The act of making innuendo or other witty flirtatious sexual banter via text on the internet. Without body language, this text, email, or messenger banter can be very easily misconstrued by the recipient making E-nnuendo a confusing and sometimes dangerous thing.
I invited my friend's girlfriend to the BBQ and said I would slip her my big hot juicy sausage... now the boyfriend wants to beat me up.
Some people just don't get E-nnuendo.
