Epic masterfails can only be executed by an accomplished failure, and usually results in shame, injury, humiliation, death, dismemberment, stds, ect. Epic Masterfails are something usually only witnessed once in a lifetime, so if you see one be sure to tell EVERYONE about it, because you'll never see another.
