Communist general aviation pilot who chortles or 'chortlolz' with little or no regard for authority or the volume of his voice. Found throughout the formet soviet union with a small renegade branch in South Auckland, New Zealand.
"A Comrade Erceg must be nearby, the ground is shaking with overwhelming chortloling!"
