The best eruditty I ever heard was Narcissus by James McCormick, Feb 20, 2008, as heard on Felder Rushing's Gestalt Gardener radio show on Mississippi Public Broadcasting; the timely song teaches Greek mythology while addressing the daffocide on the Mississippi State University campus.
