A word to describe any sex act or position which seems to defy understanding and physical limitations; something that seems to require you to bend in ways that simply don't exist.
"It was so eschersexual; she pulled her legs up behind her head... then flipped, so that her arms were in there too somehow, and I think my leg was in her mouth or something. I'd draw you a diagram, but I don't know how to even picture it."
