What is Esophoblock?

The process of eating really dry food, such as chicken or french bread, when the food becomes temporarily lodged in your throatcausing a feeling similar to choking; can be fixed by drinking liquid or buttering your food!

Man 1: Hey dude you choking?

Man 2: No... I ate some dry chicken and now I have esophoblock!

Man 1: Gimme your chicken then!
