Mispronunciation of the word "stop", used by Hispanics/Latinos, ESPECIALLY CUBANS.
Its nearly impossible for a Cuban to pronounce a word beginning with an "s" and followed by another consonant without adding an "e" to the beginning.
"Yu are estupid mothedfukeh meng. Yu no see thah estop sign and now yu get puld oveh for eh tickeh!"
