What is Etadik?

An 'oriental martial arts' training method used by the US Green Berets. It is comprised of advanced combat marksmanship, encouragement, and one-on-one instruction. It is often used as a verb.

I went to Ft. Bragg and a Green Beret told me to ETADIK.
