What is E-tattle?

The act of intentionally copying several people on an email that should be meant for the recipient alone in order to point out a mistake or wrong-doing. Typically done in business correspondence, the people copied are usually managers, supervisors, or clients.
"I can't believe Tim copied the clients on his email telling me I missed the deadline. He is such an e-tattler."
