A malady affecting fanatics of the Nebraska Cornhuskers causing a deliriously overwhelming state of self worth while clouding the brain into thinking a person with corn on his head looks cool rather than foolish.
First coined by Gregg P., an emailer to the brilliant LA Times, Page 2 sports columnist TJ Simers on 8/16/2007
The original quote as it appeared:
"Wearing the corn-cob hat over time creates a condition now known as 'ethanol-head' whereby the resultant fumes coagulate at the pineal gland resulting in a victim's desire to live in delusional seclusion with visions of pigskin grandeur -- to the detriment of their offspring, who's scarred DNA will forever pass down this mutant red gene......"
