1) the process of going through withdrawls when you are denied access to a piece of technology such as the internet or your blackberry.
2) going without technology
We went on vacation to a Polynesian island that had no wifi and no internet. I couldn't get any cell phone signal. I was going through total e-tox for the whole week.
