A particular quality possessed by certain Europeans of indeterminate mixed ethnicity who believe in their own cultural and fashion superiority, manifested by their disdainful sneer, turtleneck sweaters, narrow plastic-rimmed fashionable eyeglasses and horrible pop music. See
