I think it is pretty self explanatory.
One who excels in being a crackhead whore, sometimes whoring oneself for said crack and being everyones favorite of them at the same time. I say shirts with the phrase "EVERYONES FAVORITE CRACKWHORE" must be worn by them at all times, make it mandatory.
