What is Evin?

An evin is a male who is a runs after females, particularly 'geetu's'. Evins are loose everywhere and sometimes can go by 'BUNAASH.' Comes from the word devin which means psycho.
Evin can be used when somebody goes after a geetu, and you can say 'Don't pull an evin.'
