Similar to word vomitbut in written electronic form. Rambling in an email that you send to friends, family, or coworkers. The email usually contains no pertinent information; instead it is full of random facts or stream-of-consciousness musings that can be either entertaining or completely insane.

Sam: "Sorry for the weird e-mail last night. I kind of e-vomited."

Tina: "No problem--it was pretty hilarious. I never thought about what Bruce Willis would look like if he had hair."
