What is Executive Session?

Executive Session is when a group of friends get together and smoke pot. Its better to use this term then say "Yo we smoking pot today?", instead say "Hey man we having an Executive Session today?"
"Yo I can't wait untill Friday me and the guys are having an Executive Session in the woods you in?".
