A person, usually a teenage girl, who enjoys to sit in "boy racers" cars being carted around for free (Usually at high speeds). Yet they have no interest in driving, nor cars in any way shape or form.
The "boy racers" love these, as it makes them look popular and added with their stupidity on the roads, makes them feel much more macho.
"She isn't interested in driving, shes just an exhaust sniffer"
