What is Explonsibledronic?

Explonsibledronic (adj). Being in such an altered state that a person does not realize who or where they are, and sometimes are so euphoric that they do not remember their previous life, or that they have a body. A person who is explonsibledronic resorts to their basic animal needs, and may not respond to emotion, or speaking.
This word was created when one high man said to the other "I am explonsibledronic!" What he meant to say was "I am a responsible drunk!" Thus the meaning.
"He is so high that he is explonsibledronic!"
