An unknown version of the Latin word "exsecrabilis" meaning "cursed."
Modifications were made to fit second declension nominative singular case, making it a viable alternate name for a male--since second declension represents all things related to males, the nominative case shows that it's the subject and having it singular shows that it is one.
But Johnny knew he was EXSECRABILUS with the thought of his sister's naked body when he accidentally saw her.
