AKA butterface. An ugly girl with a bangin' body that must be entered from the back side as she faces away so you don't get quesy when fucking her. You could put a bag on her head, but that would ruin the romance.
Guy1: Hey, did you clean the pipes last night?
Guy2: Thats a go. I went to the waffle house last night and brought this waitress back to my place.
Guy1: Did you give her the fister?
Guy2: No, she had some weird lesions on her face so that pretty much made her a face away.
Guy1: Did she?
Guy2: Yeah until I finished and pushed her out the window.
