What is Face Down Snorkel Up?

Anyone who is comatose, tired, or brain dead, or stupid...He cannot function so he is face down but still breathing, so snorkel up. This does not apply to swimming, but rather functioning in life.
Someone who has a hard time functioning in life or goes through it unconsciously is face down snorkel up.
