one who continuously hassles, annoys or bothers others to post pictures, videos, etc. onto facebook until he or she does so.
Louis "Can you put those pictures up from tonight?"
Betsy "Louis, I will, I'm not in the mood today."
next day...
Louis "Betsy are you gonna post those pictures today?"
Betsy "Louis stop being such a facebook hassler, i'll do it eventually."
