noun- to randomly end up on Facebook without realizing it.

I was writing my term paper on the computer, and suddenly realized I was on Facebook. Totally had a Facebook Spasm.

I was sitting in the computer lab and the guy across the room constantly went to Facebook. Talk about a lot of Facebook Spasms.. spazz!!
