What is Face-on-face?

When a boy becomes a man, and his face becomes bloated. Similiar to getting the "man-body". Almost as if his face is sitting on top of another face. Like a double chin.
Wow! Did you see David? He's totally got face-on-face. He must be partying way too much these days.
