Fachoina is mostly used as a greeting or something explicit to call someone. It is a multipurpose interchangeable word. Fachoina is similar (amongst other things) to hey dude, man, bro, that sort of thing. "Got Fachoina?" t-shirts have been created and are out everywhere! It is just a fun word to say or yell out.
