What is Fad Switch?
1.
A Fad Switch is like a light switch. It symbolizes how long a fad is held. If someone says 'the fad switch was left on too long' it means the fad has been overused and stayed it's welcome. When someone says 'Turning off the fad switch' it means stopping the fad, and 'The fad is in the dark' means the fad is dead. Catch my drift?
Forum poster 1: Didn't he create the insert fad here?
Forum poster 2: Yeah, someone should have turned off the fad switch in that situation.
