n. An extra sum of money covertly paid to a host or hostess at a restaurant so as to not be seated in a section being served by an obviously homosexual waiter.
James was eating at Sticky Finger's the other day, and after catching a glimpse of the waiter working in the section the hostess seated him in, he was tempted to pay her a fag fee.
