A combination of the words fag meaning a word used by ignorant homophobic teenage males to describe anybody/thing but themselves. This is almost always in a subconscious attempt to prove that they are not gay; everybody around them is, and flamer meaning extremely flamboyant homosexual. Very bright clothing, loud speach, upbeat attitude, often noisy or annoying, intrusive. Very very gay...
The guy that every gay man wants to be gay...and acts gay...but is in denial or is not gay to begin with. "The hot guy from the gay strip club who only goes to get free drinks and is not even gay, known as a fagalicious flamer."
