A faggy goth kid is a goth or group of goths who all dress the same, don't go to school, smoke and drink coffee all day. They call everyone conformest going to their "Britney Spears" or "Justin Timberlake" fairytale wannabe life. The term first originated from the episode "Raisens" of South Park. Butters gets turned down by a girl and starts crying. The goth kids ask him if he wants to join them when Butters replies:

"I'd rather be a crying little pussy than a faggy goth kid."
