1. general derogatory term used only for most serious of occasions; not to be used in a joking manner.
2. One who is not only a (assclown, asshat, jackass, hambone, etc...), but strives to be that, thinking he/she is actually (cool, rad etc...)
That kid is a fucking fagquest.
Bill is wearing jeanshorts and a visor with gel'd hair going over the visor. He clearly is a fagquest.
