What is Fahfah?

1) A person of the female persuasion whose continuous and high pitched prattle induces a psychotic state in which the listener is only able to hear "Fah, fahfah fah ... fah fahfahfah fah fah."
2) a girl who speaks continuously without taking a breath (either gossiping or relating meaningless/trivial events in her life) and uses the word "like" for every other word.

Someone who can't have a decent conversation on the other side of the room:
